When does the Rutland Water beach reopen?

Rutland Water is owned and run by Anglian Water, who say that the beach is due to open for the 2022 season on Saturday, June 25.

The 140m long beach, which is only open in the summer months, is situated at Rutland Water’s North Shore, with access from Sykes Lane

Visiting the beach itself is free but you will need to pay to park your car. The nearest car park is Sykes Lane Car Park, which costs £10.00 per car before 3pm, £5.00 per car after 3pm.

Last entry is at 5pm and water/bathing access closes at 6pm. All visitors must have left by 8pm when the site is locked. No dogs are allowed.
